About Us

Roy Lee | 38 Years. No Justice.

“38 Years. No Justice.”
This is not a slogan it’s the tragic reality of Roy Lee Kinney, a Texas man who spent nearly four decades in prison for a crime he has always said he did not commit.

In 1984, Roy was convicted by an all-white jury in Tarrant County and sentenced to 99 years for aggravated sexual assault a charge brought without physical evidence, based on a questionable photo lineup, and clouded by racial bias. His requests for DNA testing were repeatedly denied, and key evidence has since disappeared without explanation.

This story isn’t just about injustice.
It’s about resilience, truth, and redemption in the face of everything that tried to silence him.

✊ Who We Are

We are a grassroots coalition of writers, legal advocates, spiritual leaders, and truth-tellers standing with Roy Lee Kinney and his cousin, Margaret Bonner, as they seek justice and restoration.

While Roy remains under parole supervision, our mission is grounded in integrity, honor, and compassion. We walk beside him not to exploit his pain, but to amplify his voice and remind the world that truth still matters.

🕊 Our Mission Is Clear:

• Tell the truth.
• Seek justice.
• Restore a life.
• Leave a legacy where truth and justice prevail.

This is about more than one man.
It’s about every soul forgotten by the system
and every voice ready to speak up for what’s right.
